Abstract:
This study developed a Master Teacher Competency Framework to redefine the roles of master teachers in technology-enhanced educational environments. Using a multimethod research design, the study examined 101 master teachers from eight mega schools in Butuan City Division. Performance evaluation records revealed that master teachers consistently achieved "outstanding" to "very satisfactory" performance ratings in their mandated roles, responsibilities, and accountabilities as outlined in the Philippine Professional Standards for Teachers (PPST).

Abstract:
Police reforms can take different dimensions and shapes. They can be ‘tactical changes in deployment of supplies or can entail basic alterations to the governance and structure of police administrations, usually needing new regulation. The purpose of this study will be to examine the influence of leadership structure on changes in policing strategies or mindsets, specific tactics, and policing paradigms. The study was based on determining the influence of police command structure on the implementation of police reforms in parklands police station; assessing the influence of communication structures on the implementation of police reforms in parklands police station; Using descriptive research design, it targeted 200 police officers in different ranks at parklands police station. Stratified random sampling was applied to get a sample size of 134 police officers from different ranks at the station. A sample size of 104 junior police officers was chosen.

Abstract:
The three major tribes’ communities inhabited Meghalaya –the Khasi, the Jaintia, and the Garo. There are three major traditional political institutions, the Syiemship among the Khasis, the Doloiship among the Jaintias, and the Nokmaship among the Garos. The traditional political institutions of tribal people are deeply rooted in their cultural practices and are integrated within the framework of Autonomous District Councils. These institutions provide a blend of traditional wisdom and modern governance structures, ensuring that tribal communities can preserve their identity while participating in the broader democratic processes of India. Traditional institutions like Durbar Shnong and Nokmas have sometimes overlapped with or been influenced by the formal structures of Autonomous District Councils.

Abstract:
Background: Orthopedic trauma is a leading cause of morbidity and mortality, with significant regional variations. Road traffic accidents, violence, and suicides are major contributors, particularly among young adults aged 21-30, who are often involved in high-risk behaviors. Gender disparities exist, with males more commonly affected by traumatic injuries. In Kenya, trauma-related deaths contribute notably to the overall mortality rate, especially in areas like Eldoret. Postmortem examinations provide valuable insights into the causes and patterns of orthopedic trauma, aiding in the identification of high-risk factors. This data is crucial for developing targeted prevention strategies, improving trauma care, and optimizing resource allocation.

Abstract:
Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is a significant health concern, with mild to moderate cases comprising most occurrences. Early detection of intracranial hemorrhage is critical for preventing complications. While CT scans are widely used, many are unnecessary. S100B, a biomarker linked to blood-brain barrier disruption, has shown potential for TBI assessment. While serum S100B is well studied, its presence in saliva remains underexplored as a diagnostic tool.

Abstract:
Background: Head injury is a major cause of disability and death, with neuroinflammation playing a key role in long-term complications. Nigella sativa (black cumin) has shown neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory effects. This study evaluates its impact on IL-6 levels and clinical outcomes in non-operative mild to moderate traumatic brain injury (TBI) patients.

Abstract:
This study aimed to develop contextualized numeracy materials for Grade 1 learners using the ADDIE model and the Realistic Mathematics Learning (RML) approach. The materials were designed to be relevant and meaningful for learners, facilitating easier recognition of patterns and mastery of algebraic skills. The study found that the materials were highly valid and acceptable for Grade 1 mathematics instruction, with significant improvements in numeracy skills observed among learners.

Abstract:
We have in this paper introduced a fuzzy logic intelligent model to investigate the proposed ambiguity relation of demand, supply and cost by using fuzzy logic in MATLAB. To give an efficient support for administrative and economic decision making, by computing fuzzy sub-inputs to look at fuzzy interactions (foggy environments) among these three inputs using uncertainty-based fuzzy inference systems (FIS).

Abstract:
Sahelian ecosystems are subject to natural and anthropogenic pressures. Their proximity to the great Sahara desert makes them among the most vulnerable in West Africa. The main aim of this project is to analyze the factors driving land degradation in the district of Banibangou (North-West Niger). The study of the land use evolution was based on the processing of satellite images from 1975, 2013 and 2020.
