Abstract: Introduction: Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) is a major health issue, often leading to death or long-term disability. Decompressive craniectomy (DC) is a surgical procedure used to reduce intracranial pressure (ICP) in severe cases, but the best timing for this surgery remains unclear.
