Abstract: Background: Head injury is a major cause of disability and death, with neuroinflammation playing a key role in long-term complications. Nigella sativa (black cumin) has shown neuroprotective and anti-inflammatory effects. This study evaluates its impact on IL-6 levels and clinical outcomes in non-operative mild to moderate traumatic brain injury (TBI) patients.
