Abstract: Background: Cervical Spondylotic Myelopathy (CSM) is a severe neurological disorder caused by progressive spinal cord compression, leading to motor dysfunction and paralysis. Inflammatory cytokines, such as Interleukin-1 Beta (IL-1β), are implicated in its pathogenesis.
