Abstract: The turnover intention of sewing machine operators in the apparel sector in Sri Lanka is significantly influenced by work-family conflict, making a major factor contributing to employee turnover. The primary objective of this study was to examine the relationship between work - family conflict and turnover intention among sewing machine operators in Colombo apparel organization in Sri Lanka.
