Abstract:
This study explores the challenges and strategies related to Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) in Almora’s education system, focusing on recruitment, training, and retention of teachers. A sample of 500 participants, including 300 teachers, 150 school administrators, and 50 education policy experts, was surveyed using a structured questionnaire and supplemented with in-depth interviews and focus group discussions
