Abstract:
Human resource management plays a significant role in maintaining and promoting quality education in private secondary schools. The active participation of principals in managing human resource is to ensure ensuring effective teaching and learning. The functions of human resource management in the school includes recruitment and selection, training and development, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
