Abstract: Since the widespread commercial availability of computing technologies, Information systems (IS) have been a dominant application era of computing. They are a best concept in information and communication technology (ICT) which helps to make life easier and increase efficiency. Organizations spend a large amount of money to implement IS. But organizations do not get the actual impacts from IS when compared with the investment cost that they use to implement IS. One reason for this is the quality of the IS.
