Abstract:
One significant challenge in achieving successful execution frequently stems from a deficiency in clearly delineated accountability and responsibility. Some additional challenges that can be identified include suboptimal coordination, inadequate communication, fragmented information transmission, insufficient organisational structures, and a culture that does not effectively adapt to dynamic conditions. Another notable challenge is the presence of a culture that exhibits a restricted capacity to adjust to novel and unfamiliar situations.
