Abstract:
Projects within the health sector frequently encounter significant challenges that hinder their successful execution. These challenges often stem from inadequate monitoring and evaluation practices, difficulties in defining clear performance indicators, and insufficient time dedicated to M&E activities. Such shortcomings could lead to projects being delivered over budget, behind schedule, and with compromised quality, ultimately resulting in poor project performance.
