Abstract:
This study ascertained the perspectives of the respondents on the dimensions affecting the quality of online learning amidst pandemic. The study further investigated the dimensions influencing the quality of online classes, such as administrative support, course content, course design, instructor characteristics, learner characteristics, social support, and technological support, which affects the quality of online classes for the 1st and 2nd Semester of A.Y. 2020-2021.
