Abstract: The purpose of this study was to investigate the orientation and mobility of female students with visual impairment at two secondary schools in Kgatleng District in Botswana. The following research questions guided the study: How is the mobility of female students with visual impairment in the schools? How do female students with visual impairment interact to access different places in various environments? What factors enable or hinder the mobility of students with visual impairment?
