Abstract:
Seaweeds are considered to be sea vegetables. Mostly weeds are unwanted plants which are not consumed by humans. In this article the author describes the uses and health benefits of seaweeds to be use in mere future. Seaweeds contain vitamins, minerals, fibre, Antioxidants, and various biochemical compounds. Several studies have shown that seaweeds consumption has lowered certain life threatening diseases.
