Abstract:
Performance refers to a result of human resource activities that exist in the organization together to bring the final result based on the quality level and predetermined standards. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between performance and satisfaction of the beneficiaries of the 5 CSR areas of PT. Adaro Indonesia in 2019.
