Abstract:
The challenge that all developed countries are facing is how to grow their economies in a sustainable way. To do this, energy efficiency is proposed as one of the keys solutions. In Europe, energy efficiency is one of the key elements; therefore; Europe the worlds largest energy importer worldwide.
