Abstract:
University students in Indonesia who are aspired to be entrepreneurs should understand the importance of human capability concept. Delivery of entrepreneurship teaching is usually conducted through transferring business knowledge and skills, which comes from outside of the students (outside-in) for their competency. To build business entrepreneur spirit, efforts to materialize students' human potentials that reflect entrepreneurship aspiration and enthusiasm are required (inside-out) and should be integrated with all competencies of the students. This entrepreneurship development is an endeavour to synergize these two patterns simultaneously to become human capability.
