Abstract:
Public railway transport must offer good service quality to meet and supply a wider range of diverse customer needs to retain and draw in more customers. It is critical to synthesize knowledge about what affects customers satisfaction and dissatisfaction in the public railway transport industry if we are to design a public transport system that is both appealing and marketable. The study aimed to examine correlation between service quality and customer satisfaction. The study adopted a cross-sectional research design with both qualitative and quantitative methods
