Abstract: Endometriosis is a complex gynecological disorder that affects millions of women globally, often resulting in chronic pelvic pain and infertility. This article presents an in-depth analysis of current knowledge on endometriosis, its influence on reproductive health, and the latest advancements in its treatment for infertility management.
