Abstract: This research paper examines the complex relationship between leadership effectiveness, employee morale, and financial performance in the banking industry. Based on survey responses from 96 participants, the study investigates how different leadership styles are perceived and their impact on employee morale, as well as the preferred leadership approaches for improving business results.
