Abstract: Assessing the efficacy of safety training has received more attention lately. The rise might be attributed to the new rules and regulations implemented by the governments as well as the increasing recognition among firms of the need of investing in safety training. Various viewpoints about the assessment of training within an all-encompassing framework have been documented in the scientific literature.
