Abstract: The aim of this paper was to assess the influence of management risk on performance of manufacturing firms in Kenya. Management risk is one of the risks encountered during logistics outsourcing. It is aligned with the administrative differences between the outsourced company and the manufacturing firm, which could affect the effectiveness of the cooperation towards enhanced performance.
