Abstract: The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between logistics optimization management and performance of manufacturing firms in Uasin Gishu County, Kenya. The specific objective were: warehouse and materials handling, packaging management, inventory control management and transport management respectively. This outcome was acceptable from this study findings.
