Abstract:
The study was based on Hedonic pricing model which explains the price variability in terms of various functional characteristics of various attributes. It is based on recent transactions that have been paid for that particular property; the model is carried out with the help of regression analysis which is used to calculate the proportion of the total value accounted for by each of a property individual attributes. The model is very demanding on both assumptions and data.
