Abstract: Cross-border trade constitutes a critical component of economic development, livelihood support, and regional integration in the Horn of Africa. The Ethiopia–Somalia border serves as one of the most active commercial corridors in the region, facilitating the movement of livestock, agricultural commodities, consumer goods, and services.
