Abstract:
With the dramatic increase in competition between firms, organizations use employee training to improve their employee’s performance and therefore the life of organization. Performance of employees is crucial in this aspect for the well-being of the organization. The main of objective of the current study is to find the significance of training to improve the employee performance. The study population is composed of the personnel in three companies in Libya (Africa Engineering and Projects Company, Libya Investment Embracement Company and Africa Trade & Investment Company).
