Abstract:
Indonesia as a sovereign state, has the ideals of creating general welfare as the primary basis for any policy makers, including legislative policy to constantly seek to improve peoples lives. This is a constitutional right of every citizen, however, the desired goals rather late diterjal corruption that become mental illness menghempit Indonesian society. And these days continues to grow very rapidly, to damage the joints of the nation. Corruptions are not only detrimental to the finances or the economy of the country, but also damage the economy of the people, as well as being a threat to national and international stability.
