Abstract:
The purpose of this research is to analyze direct and indirect effects of organizational communication climate and career development toward employee performance, where the job satisfaction as an intervening variable toward the organizational communication climate and career development of employee performance at Human Resource Department and General Division of PT Pusri Palembang.
