Abstract: This action research explores how technology deficits shape classroom practices at Magallanes District, where resource constraints hinder the integration of digital tools in teaching. The study examines factors such as the availability of technology, professional development, and their impact on lesson delivery and learner engagement. It evaluates teachers experiences, revealing significant challenges due to limited access to laptops, printers, televisions, and tablets. Teachers emphasize the need for more resources, enhanced training, and support to overcome these barriers. The research findings highlights the importance of addressing technology gaps to foster effective and innovative teaching. Recommendations include increased resource funding, regular teacher training, establishing a technology support team, and improving internet access. These measures aim to equip teachers with the skills and tools needed for technology-driven education. The study implications extend to policy development, emphasizing equitable resource allocation and targeted interventions for rural schools. Dissemination strategies include presentations in LAC sessions, research forums, and PTA meetings alongside social media campaigns and brochures. Ultimately, this research advocates for a shift toward inclusive and technology-enhanced education, aligning with global goals for quality education.
