Abstract:
According to The Minister of Public Works Regulations (Permen-PU) No. 10/PRT/M/2014 all Foreign Construction Services Business Entity (FCSBE) in Indonesia are obliged to cooperate in joint operations with the National Construction Services Business Entity (NCSBE) in carrying out construction activities in Indonesia. Projects with joint operation schemes (JO) have more complex risks than projects in general because they involve two or more companies with different characteristics so that they are more vulnerable to delays. In this study, a case study will be conducted at PT. X which is one of the foreign private contractor company that has established its representative in Indonesia specializing in the construction of high-rise buildings in Jakarta.
