Abstract: Employee retention is critical for organization because employees are the driving force to achieve the development and accomplishment of the organization’s goals and objectives. Retention starts at the very early stages of the recruitment process. It is a never ending process as retention is affected by almost all aspects of the business and directly affecting the employee/ employer relationships around the world.
