Abstract: The purpose of this study was to explore the Social Cause of Juvenile Delinquency at Axum Correctional and Rehabilitation Center, Northern Ethiopia. It was to investigate the demographic and the socio-economic statuses of juveniles. It also investigated the type of different offenses committed by juveniles. To this end, the study was carried out using mixed research method. Structured questionnaires and key informant interviews used as tools of data collection. The study involved 80 inmates selected by systematic random sampling technique from a total list of 155 inmates.
