Abstract: This study aims to find out how the performance of employees at the North Sulawesi Campus of State Administration Institute, by analyzing various factors related to the improving employee performance. This research is a qualitative study where data is taken through interviews, observations and documentation. The results showed that the performance of the State Civil Apparatus in the North Sulawesi Campus IPDN environment was considered to be still not optimal.
