Abstract:
Background: PONV (postoperative nausea and vomiting) is a complication that often occurs in operations with general anesthesia. Non-pharmacological and pharmacological prophylaxis provide an advantage against this complication. The risk score for PONV prediction had been used as a means of classifying patients according to risk prediction and providing prophylaxis such as the Sinclair and Apfel scores.
