Abstract:
The destination of organic waste for the composting process can be an economically sustainable alternative. The objective of the present work was to evaluate the effect of humic substances extracted from composting organic waste in the semi-arid northeastern region on the production of watermelon seedlings. The study was developed at the State University of Bahia – UNEB, using a commercial cultivar.
