This article aims to explain the effects of relationship quality on the loyalty of MFI clients in Cameroon. To this end, a sample survey of 336 clients was conducted. The data obtained was processed and analysed using SPSS.20 software. Multiple linear regression was used to test the research hypotheses. The results obtained show that the quality of the relationship has a positive and significant influence on the loyalty of MFI clients. In other words, satisfaction, commitment and trust are important levers for building MFI client loyalty.
