Abstract: Notary is one of general occupation that can watch over cash flow within people who are willing to corrupt some amount of treasury by some attempts such as corruption, theft, manipulation, drugs selling, and etc. The money retrieved from such crimes are used to fund illegal activity such as money laundry and terrorism. Problem of this study found out that the role of notary is very important for national security toward money laundry and terrorism prevention. Juridical normative is used as method of study within statue approach, law source used in this study is constitution.
