Abstract:
Drying is a post-harvest process that consumes significant energy. It can affect the quality of the agricultural product. Using solar dryer most agricultural product can be preserved efficiently. The objective of the study is evaluating the forced convection mixed-mode solar dryer design under Jimma Ethiopia condition in drying parchment coffee bean and red pepper.
