Abstract:
The Integrating the strategic human resource management research with teachers views of their performance. In this study, it proposed that the human resource management practices of a high-performance work system enhance teacher performance in the school context. However, the introduction of Teacher Religion as a mediator between HPWS and Teacher performance which encourages teachers to engage in cooperative behaviors with the student which is essential in achieving its superior performance.
