The study was carried out to assess the impact of human resource management practices on the performance of the Ghana Postal Services Company. The main objective of the study was to determine the major factors contributing to the inability of the company to meet the challenges of the global market competitiveness in the postal and communication industry. The study adopted purely qualitative approach and used both primary and secondary data. The primary data were collected from management and clients of the company. The results indicated that human resource management practices have a significant effect on organizational performance. Thus, the contribution of this study is that human resource management practices will have significant effect on organizational performance through positive HRM outcomes.
