Abstract:
This study explored the challenges and opportunities in implementing sustainable leadership practices within School-Based Management (SBM) in public elementary schools. The research encompassed all 18 public elementary schools across three districts. Data were collected from 18 school heads and 160 teachers using a combination of sampling techniques. Stratified random sampling ensured a representative sample of teachers, while purposive sampling involved all school heads due to their specific roles.
