Abstract:
Food waste behavior is currently interesting topic for researcher and environmentalist. This study aims to investigate the effect of attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control on intention to reduce food waste and food waste behavior. A questionnaire survey was applied to 200 household respondents in West Sumatra. The convenience sampling technique was used to collect data from respondent.
