Abstract:
Based on data from BPS Indonesia, the number of work accidents in Indonesia in 2016 was 106,644 workers experienced work accidents and in 2017 as many as 102,327 workers had work accidents. Ministry of Health data in 2018, explains that nurses are the highest health personnel in Indonesia, amounting to 345,276 people. Nurse fatigue can affect wherever they work. As a result, fatigue in nurses can have a negative impact on patients, reduce assessment of the health services provided, increase the risk of errors, patient falls, injuries, irregular nursing care, poor communication, and lack of continuity in care.
