Abstract: An employee who works under good working condition works with the feeling of safety and this increases productivity. But bad working condition affects employee wellbeing and performance. This study seeks to examine the level of relationship between working condition predictor variable variables (remuneration, working hours, office design and job security) and workers wellbeing and productivity in commercial Banks in Cross River State, Nigeria.
