Abstract:
Organizations employ Management Accounting Practices (MAPs) to make critical decisions and compete in todays competitive global environment and the food and beverage sector is one of the main areas in the economy since it can possibly give an assortment of advantages to the economy such as providing a suitable source of employment, uplifting rural economies, foreign exchange earnings and so on. Food and beverage items must now be prepared in accordance with the technical norms, appropriate export markets standards, and under sanitary and environmental safety criteria.
