Abstract:
The implementation of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) patient system in Kenyan health facilities was aimed at enhancing the management of individuals living with HIV. The implementation of the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) patient system in many hospitals at the Comprehensive Care Clinics (CCC) in Mombasa County in 2013 aimed to enhance the management of individuals infected with HIV. Nevertheless, a comprehensive study of the impact of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) on patient management in Mombasa County health facilities has not yet been conducted.
