Abstract:
This paper reviews the relationship between proactive environmental strategy and environmental performance from the resource-based perspective by providing the recent findings on this relationship. The benefits and meaning of proactive environmental strategy and environmental performance are discussed in this article. We find that the resource-based view theory is important to define the relationship between proactive environmental strategy and environmental performance.
