Abstract:
Field experiments were conducted consecutively over a period of two years at Agricultural College & Research Institute, Madurai to study the economic viability of weed management practices in zero till sown rice fallow black gram during rabi season. The experiments were laid out in split plot design replicated thrice. In the experimental field, grasses were found to be dominant followed by broad leaved weeds and sedges.
