Abstract: Aim: The purpose of this research was to look at the link between work satisfaction, motivation, and employee performance in a variety of enterprises in Kosovo. The research sought to examine how workplace dynamics affected employee outcomes, with an emphasis on critical aspects such as performance goals, training opportunities, and career development.
