Abstract: This research investigates how ongoing employee training influences workplace performance, focusing on job satisfaction, productivity, and organizational success. In today competitive world, businesses engage in organized training programs to improve individual skills and build a learning culture.
The study purpose is to look at the relationship between employee training frequency and its impact on performance metrics, especially how continuous training improves job satisfaction and productivity.
