Abstract: This study is based on the quantitative research I have conducted with the aim to investigate the role of education inspectors in the Moroccan educational system, notably middle and high school. In general, the study is an attempt to discuss how valid the work of an inspector is to positively impact the performance of public-school teachers. As such, the different parts of this paper all work together towards two main objectives. One is to describe the frequency of visits an inspector has for a certain teacher every school year, and the other is to test the satisfaction rates of teachers with regards to the impact inspectors have on their teaching.
